Feedback:
The salami obsession continues. Also with high protein items (nuts, trail mix, cheese, dairy, yogurt, sour cream). I love to cook a pasta lean cuisine and put it over steamed broccoli with some seasoned salt. It's a huge portion and makes you feel like a "real person" eating real food. I forced myself to do 45 mins on the treadmill because WW recommends at least 4 activity points a day.

Feedback:
My son and I have dinner together every Monday night (we live together, but this is our fixed night to be together.) We went to sort of a dive, but I got this tuna bite appetizer and it was filling and lean. I guess I had a sweet tooth today. That's what weekly points are for!

Feedback:
This evening was a meeting with some of the people in our wedding party so they could get to know each other a little better. I shouldn't be eating all my zumba points because I think that is something that is keeping me from losing better. I guess it's better than no activity, though.

Feedback:
A friend and I went out to the Beach Pub, which is sort of a greasy spoon. They had a crab on egg w/ hollandaise, which I thought meant crab meat. It meant a fried crab complete with legs. I'm not really sure how they thought anybody would be able to take a bite out of that. I had to deconstruct the whole thing and it was not tasty.

Dinner was at the home of a fellow Weight Watchers couple. The turkey burger, big salad with feta, steamed broccoli with feta and light dessert were great!

I tried to pick high protein items that are packable and aren't perishable. I'm also not allowed to bring any glass or anything packed in glass. I got rice krispy treats, trail mix, almonds, dried cranberries, low fat cheese sticks, dried fruit, chocolate covered raisins, beef jerky, bagel thins, and lots of fruit (apples, clementines and bananas).
