breakfast: banana/banana/carrots milk mandarin oranges subtotal: 4 lunch: 2 slice wheat/1 slice provolone/2 salami rice chips half an apple fritter subtotal: 22 dinner: sour cream x 2 chocolate raisins beef jerky Lean Cuisine fettucine and broccoli subtotal: 19 daily total: 45 activity: 0 Feedback: I bought a lot of food for work this week because I'm going to be working 8-9 hours a day away from home and I normally only work 2-3 hours a day away from home. I tried to pick high protein items that are packable and aren't perishable. I'm also not allowed to bring any glass or anything packed in glass. I got rice krispy treats, trail mix, almonds, dried cranberries, low fat cheese sticks, dried fruit, chocolate covered raisins, beef jerky, bagel thins, and lots of fruit (apples, clementines and bananas).
