I'm going to my wedding shower out of state for four days and I won't have a lot of control over my food. This is my plan. Go to the gym in the town where I will be (I checked and there is a YMCA I can use.) Get back on track upon returning to town. Relax and enjoy the vacation.
Dealing with unknown food:
Find equivalents on the Weight Watchers site
Drink a lot of water
Try to get in the good health guidelines
