Feedback:
I think I did better today and ate more healthy meals. The lentil soup is leftover from last week and is still a good idea. Adding the sausage is something I wouldn't have done on the "old WW plan", but now on PointsPlus, it's a very filling and protein-filled option.

I'm glad I got in the treadmill today. I really didn't want to do 45 minutes, but I wanted to earn 4 points! Usually I don't mind the walking, but for some reason today it was tedious. I'm trying to cut back on the diet soda, so limeade is now my new substitute.
