Feedback:
Today's the day I usually have more treats since it's the day I weigh in. The dessert was a single serving lemon pie slice, but I only ate half of it. I saved the rest for another day. Dinner wasn't as good as I had hoped, but it was OK.
This week I'm going to try not to eat all the activity points I earn, and I'm going to ramp up my activity on non-zumba days. I had been using my dance class as my activity on those days, but I'm not sure it's intense enough.
