Feedback:
I keep resisting having treats, but I've always found it's better to integrate them throughout the week instead of bingeing and letting it be out of control.
The mac n cheese is a prepared meal from the grocery store which I divided into 3, the recommended portion size. This is an indulgence, but it's really tasty and I had failed to plan anything for dinner. I think as long as I can resist eating more than I'm supposed to, it's OK.
