1/2 c greek yogurt, blackberries, cherry preserves

2 slice wheat
1 slice provolone, salami, 2 slices turkey bacon
sour cream (with carrots)
1 c ff milk (hot tea)

dinner:
fettucine lean cuisine
broccoli (steamed, added to lean cuisine)
half serving pretzels
1 serving reduced fat vanilla wafers
salad - grocery store salad bar
1/4 c gorgonzola
1/8 c almonds
2 tbsp salad dressing
mini twix/little mounds bar
sour cream and carrots
limeade
subtotal: 23.5

daily total: -16.5 (ie 44.5)
activity: 30 minutes treadmill, earned 2
revised daily total: 42.5

Feedback:
I wanted the pasta like I had last Saturday night. This was a round about way of getting it. It was tasty and I got some free veggies in!

I should have done 45 on the treadmill, but I just couldn't find the motivation. 30 a day is the goal, so I figured it was OK to do less time.

I had a real sweet tooth tonight and was antsy. I ate too much just sort of grazing and trying to curb my appetite. Some days are like that. It could be too much diet soda and the sweetness in that is making me crave more sweets.
