breakfast:
1 c ff milk
egg white, whole egg

lunch:
garden salad and 2 tsp oil
baked chicken
rice
lowfat yogurt
coffee/milk/1 sugar
subtotal: 16 +4 = 20 so far

dinner:
kid's cheeseburger
apple wedge side
diet coke
8 fries stolen from fiancee :)
cupcake
subtotal: 17 + 20 = 37 so far

activity: 30 minutes elliptical, +3 (used)
used 5 weekly allowance, 15 weekly remaining

Self critique:
Went to the gym before my nephew's birthday party. I went to a different branch of the Y even though I'd given up on going to my regular zumba class. Then I remembered I could go to a different branch and squeeze in some exercise. I bought some exercise pants today, but they didn't fit (too small compression tights.) I just worked out in my work clothes. Who cares? I got activity in!

I hadn't planned to eat at this restaurant. It's very hard to find something healthy, but I was very hungry. I think I did well and I piled on a bunch of free veggies onto the burger. The bun was very good! I only stole 8 fries. I kept track of them. They were tasty, and it was enough.
