Self-critique:
New tracking week. Back on track as far as keeping my journal. I really wanted a donut later in the day, but got Ho-ho's instead. I should have just gotten the donut. I think I would have enjoyed it more. I have a real sweet tooth these days. Maybe because I feel deprived from being sick?
I got in my dairy today, but not the 5 fruit and veggies. No activity today.
