Self-critique: I didn't plan breakfast well and I had to choose something really quick at the last minute. Took vitamin. Got in tons of liquids today and the necessary dairy.
I didn't plan well for dinner and I was starving when I got home from zumba. It's not a good idea to let yourself get hungry.
Zumba was great. There were a lot of new people tonight and we had at least 1 new song, and 2 I am learning. I have a pair of shorts I wore tonight I never would have worn before. I used to wear them under another pair, but I hadn't planned out my gym clothes that well and I had to wear what I had. It actually looked good. It was sort of weird seeing myself look a different way.
I could tell my thighs are smaller. We all know it's hard to lose weight there. It's kind of exciting. Today a lady at work said she noticed I was losing weight. It's fun to see people's reactions.
