Feedback:
The greek yogurts are really filling and when it has the fruit in it, it's a nice sweet kick. Having a fruit with breakfast is perfect to stave off hunger.
Lunch was unexpected meeting with my dad. He wanted to go out, and I really couldn't think of a healthy option. I shouldn't have gotten that half of BLT. It had way too much greasy bacon. Most places skimp on the bacon and give you a big thick tomato slice and a little taste of bacon. Not this place! Now I know. Maybe I should keep a chart of our local lunch spots and my "go to" WW friendly things. The WW dining guide isn't great, in my opinion. It is made for the whole country and I haven't heard of 3/4 of the places in the book, or they are grease joints I'd never eat in.
I went to the gym and then to dance. I really wanted a toasted sandwich, so I made myself eat it slow to savor the ham and cheese. I toasted the bread (toasting is 0 points!) and then microwaved the meat and cheese on the bread. It was yummy.
I need to keep track of my points more during the day. I write stuff down, but when I don't know the points, I skip over and figure I'll do it later. That's bad because I always estimate wrong. I had the snack thinking I had points leftover, and then realized I didn't. Uggggg. Oh well.
My son is sick today, so I hope he feels better tomorrow. We all need to take care of ourselves during flu season and this time of year which is already so dreary!
