Self-critique: Got back into better eating today. Kept track of power foods. Still could have done better on fruits/veggies, although the lentil soup is full of veggies. Got in healthy oils, but not my regular dairy. (I guess I still got in 2 non-fat dairies, though.) I did an extra 10 minutes on the treadmill than I usually do, so I got in my minimum 30 minutes. Took vitamin. Grains were whole wheat.
