Self critique:
I got in my healthy oils and dairy, the protein I had was lean, the guacamole was delicious but very tempting. Enjoyed the sweetness of the homemade wheat pancakes. Saved some of that turkey bacon for meals later in the week. I made a big batch of the kielbasa stirfry full of veggies to eat later in the week, as well as a larger batch of couscous than I needed. Also got back to the gym! Yay. But I still have a bit of a cold. Ugg.
