Self-critique:
Took multivitamin. Got in 2 tsp of healthy oils. Got in 30 minutes of activity. Got in reduced fat dairy products. Got in recommended lean protein (WW recommends 3-4 oz.) Got in 5 servings of fruit and vegetables.

Went to the gym because I feel dance class isn't enough exertion to qualify for any activity points. I planned to go to dance class, but then wasn't feeling great, so I missed that.

I switched to eating at my house today, and I had been eating mostly at my fiancee's house for the last two weeks. I have two kitchens, so that makes planning a challenge. I stocked up great at his house, but not at mine, so I need to do that.

I got my new issue of WW magazine with Jennifer Hudson on the cover. She looks incredible! I also looked up the mexican inspired soup that was in our weekly meeting insert, although the insert says it's 0 points and the WW site says it's 1 PT. OK, no big deal. It still looks delicious. I also saw a bulgur salad on another blog I want to try.

I have 2 sort of food addictions. One is the Kroger broccoli in cheese sauce (and its delicious sister, broccoli and rice in cheese sauce). My second addiction is the reduced fat sour cream and pretzels. I'm going to officially declare that I'm out of control on the second one. I may have to banish it.

I honestly crave the reduced fat sour cream during the day and when I haven't had it in a few days, it will just pop into my head "I need some reduced fat sour cream." I know, this is bizarre. I also really like the Kroger brand, and I haven't been paid in any way to endorse this. It's just the perfect mix of saltiness and creaminess. The only time I didn't have it for a few days is when I went to Michigan for Christmas. I actually missed the sour cream. It's such a staple for me that I just put "sc/pretz" in my journal....I think this is officially a problem!

I basically had 6 points of that for dinner, so that was a BAD IDEA.
