Feedback:
Woke up late and skipped breakfast. That messed me up the whole day. I didn't plan my meals well, but I got in lots of activity. I wanted some sweets, so I fit that in early in the week, since I don't like to do it close to weigh in. Got in oils, fruits, veggies, vitamin and dairy. Not bad. Indulgences are OK on Weight Watchers. :)
