Self-critique:
Took vitamin. Got 30 minutes of activity. Got lean protein and fat free dairy in. Got in the healthy oils. Drank water and got in fluids. Grains were whole wheat, protein was (mostly) lean.
Didn't eat any reduced fat sour cream! Paid better attention to the overall subtotal when I chose snacks.
The popcorn was totally yummy. Sometimes it just has the perfect taste and this was one of those times.
The supermarket salad bar had delicious colors; purple mixed greens, bright orange carrots, green cucumbers, white mushrooms....very tasty, and an inexpensive way to get in a lot of veggies for one person.
