Self-critique:
Ate a better breakfast today, but I put too much instant coffee in my milk and it was undrinkable. I drank 2 cups later, though.

Lunch was very filling. I didn't actually eat dinner until 10 PM, which is very late, but I wasn't hungry. I drank a ton of homemade limeade (2 bottles of seltzer water and one frozen limeade tube) and I used power foods, so I guess that's why.

I didn't feel like going to the gym and I had a meeting to go to, so I just ran out of time. I have zumba tomorrow and I look forward to that.
