Feedback:
I'm really disappointed at the points in the garden protein. Wow, I had no idea! I wish I'd calculated the points earlier. It was yummy, but....wow!
I overdid the chili. I was full, stuffed, and I kept eating. It was sooo good. And after that, I wanted chocolate, I wanted candy....I don't know why. I didn't eat it. And I didn't go to the gym. Ugggggggg. I guess today is my missed day for the week!
Back on track tomorrow. I need to hit the grocery store for more fresh foods.
