Self critique: Got in my healthy oils, fruits and veggies, non fat and low fat dairy, whole grains, lean proteins and liquids. Didn't take vitamin. Got in 30 minutes of activity. Didn't drink alcohol while out at the bar/restaurant with some friends. There were a lot of chocolates around the house, but I only had 1 piece.
Made a bunch of meals for the week. Ate carrots with the guacamole instead of chips. Made a batch of slow cooker lentil soup for later in the week. Froze the remaining ground turkey for burritos in the future. It's frozen in 2 bags so it won't get frost on it and it's duly labelled.
Threw away old food in fridge and freezer and took stock of what we have. Money is tight, so I'm not going grocery shopping this week unless it's for fresh produce. I have plenty of food stockpiled for times like this.
